Request deletion of your PeopleHarbor account or data.

PeopleHarbor is operated by People Powered Technologies LLC. Use this page to request deletion of your PeopleHarbor account, app access, or associated personal data.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line PeopleHarbor account or data deletion request.

Include the following information so we can find the right records and verify the request:

  • The email address used to sign in to PeopleHarbor.
  • The organization, employer, franchise, school, studio, or workspace connected to your account.
  • Whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data deleted.
  • A short description of the data you want deleted if you are making a partial deletion request.

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and your relationship to the relevant PeopleHarbor workspace before completing the request.

What deletion includes

When a full account deletion request can be completed, we delete or de-identify account data tied directly to your PeopleHarbor user account, such as login credentials, sessions, account profile fields, app preferences, notification preferences, push notification tokens, and other account-level settings.

If you request deletion of specific data without deleting your account, we will review the request and delete, de-identify, or correct eligible records where People Powered Technologies LLC or the relevant customer organization is permitted to do so.

What may be retained

PeopleHarbor is a business operations platform used by customer organizations. Some information may be controlled by your organization rather than by you individually, and some records may need to be retained for operational, legal, compliance, audit, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or contractual reasons.

Data that may be retained includes timekeeping records, compensation-related records, training records, certification records, audit logs, security logs, business records, legal records, records needed by your organization, and records that have already been anonymized or aggregated.

Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before they are overwritten or deleted through normal backup rotation, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, compliance, dispute resolution, or customer instructions.

Organization-managed accounts

If your PeopleHarbor account was provided by your employer, franchise, school, studio, or another organization, we may need to coordinate with that organization before deleting workspace data because the organization may control the relevant records.

You can still send your request directly to PeopleHarbor using the email address above. We will route or process the request as appropriate based on the account and data involved.
